Justry is the 1st application which allows you to send messages to all the people you see around you. No need to know the person to send him a live message. You just need to see her/him and to identify her/him on Map.
You can then send hello, messages or to put her/him in Favourite: Secretly follow her/him ! If she also follows you , you will be able to chat.
